Why we keep our caseload small
The goal isn’t to see as many children as possible. It’s to provide meaningful support to every family we work with. A smaller caseload lets us:
- Create individualized therapy plans.
- Provide ongoing parent coaching during every session.
- Build strong relationships with both children and caregivers.
- Be fully present for the families we serve.
